Operations Assistant (Finance)

Duties & Responsibilities

•Monitoring of daily transaction and sales through the payment gateway’s system and company’s system
•Preparation of Sales Report, Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements
•Receiving and consolidation of vouchers for reconciliation
•Scheduling and Requesting of check payments from accounting department for merchants / clients
•Issuance of Statement of account to clients
•Depositing of checks to merchant’s bank accounts
•Assist in the enrollment of new accounts / merchants and deals on the website
•Coordinating with the company’s different departments to ensure accuracy of clients records
•Accurate posting of sales, cash transactions and payables in accounting records
•Filing and consolidation of the company’s confidential documents & reports
•Other task as needed by the company


Requirements

•Female not more than 25 years old
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration major in any of the ff: Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Management Accounting
•Preferably 2-3 years Experienced employees specializing in Administrative Support or equivalent
•Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
•Highly motivated, analytical and capable problem solvers
•Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
•Works well independently or as member of a team
•Can learn her duties on the job, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
