Customer Service Representative

-College graduate of any 4-year or 2-year course;
-With at least 6 months experience in Inbound Account (preferably Telco account);
-Technical background is a plus;
-Excellent in written and oral communication skills;
-With strong customer service orientation;
-Confident and can converse well in English language;
-Willing to undergo training.

Technical Support Representative

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably in IT related course)
-Must have at least 3 months Call Center experience handling a Technical Support account.
- In-charge in delivering problem resolution and customer satisfaction to the client’s customers.
- Responsible for briefing and educating the customer about a product or service information.
- Responsible for adhering to client call handling protocol and procedures.
-Intelligent and methodical troubleshooting skills.
-Team player
-Detail-oriented
-Ability to quickly learn complex systems and workflows
-Willing to work on shift-rotation
-With good written and oral communications skills
