Position: Email and Chat Support Team Leader
Salary: P25,000 + Transportation Allowance
Benefits: Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Philcare/HMO, Transportation allowance + Other benefits

Work Schedule: Dayshift and Nightshift
Duties:
Handling email and chat support staff and agents
Responsible in keeping customer records by updating account information.
Suggesting solutions to services issues by knowing and understanding the customer's complaint
Responsible in providing performance feedback to each member
Assisting the supervisors and manager with daily operation of the company
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English skills
Can lead a group of diverse people
Has experience in chat and email support
Proficient in Excel
Willing to work in shifting schedules
