Item description

Are you hurt and troubled? … overwhelmed by life’s problems, traumas, illnesses, and hang ups?
For you, it may have been coping with broken relationships, financial problems, family/parent-child issues, separation/divorce, academic hurdles, depression, loneliness, uncontrolled anger, self identity crisis etc…
Whatever it is, there is hope. You can both survive and thrive if you are willing to take the first step and move on.
My clients/patients come to me with varied kinds of problems and struggles. Their pain is palpable.
In response, I believe that I have developed a most holistic, unique, and innovative approach to psychotherapy and counseling which truly helps heal wounded people.
My psychotherapy/counseling sessions are conducted in the hospital, office, home, school, or outdoors based on preference expressed by the client/patient.
But mostly, my sessions are conducted outdoors (“taking therapy off the couch”) such as while walking in the park, coffee shop, mall, or any environment the client/patient finds helpful.
Somehow, the simple act of being in a natural environment or doing ordinary activities while talking out life’s issues creates a greater degree of possibility and intensity for change and healing.
I’ve seen amazing results with my clients/patients using this approach. They are heroes of their own life journeys, and I am very proud of the relationship and work we do together.
I encourage you to give it a try. You could call now and set up an initial intake appointment at +63 906 336 7229.
Below are listed some of the services and areas of specialization that I have developed.
May your dreams come true and cheers!

For convenience of busy counselees, Dr. Subida also offers OUTDOOR PSYCHOTHERAPY. Here psychotherapy sessions are done while walking in the park, exercising, conversing in the coffee shop, or walking to the place of business or apartment. Appointments can be scheduled during any time of the day (morning, noon, or evening) any day of the week.

Home Psychotherapy is available. Home therapy is therapy provided to patients at home rather than requiring patients to travel for appointments. Reasons for this range from concerns about patient safety outside the home to a desire to keep patients in a familiar environment for their therapy sessions. For example, for patients with severe emotional problems or issues, traveling outside the home may be difficult or sometimes impossible. This is comfortable for patients with severe disfigurements who are receiving psychotherapy and would rather not endure public attention. For the psychotherapist, home therapy can provide better ways for total recovery, giving opportunity to see the patient's home environment, and to interact with family members and friends affecting the therapy process.

When you're hurting from life's problems, hurts, and struggles, the first step is always the hardest. But take that first step and make initial contact for help. I'm here to help you as best as I can.
