Sourcing Specialist for Ortigas Pasig - Pasig

What you’ll be doing:

Handle specific channel/s through proper planning, implementation, and evaluation of

strategies for volume of home-based online English teachers

Source qualified candidates to fill positions based on the hiring requirements

Prescreen applications through resume and demographics review

Generate reports, analyze data, and recommend new sourcing strategies

Ensure the achievement of sourcing & hiring targets of the company by creating effective job

ads and optimizing all channels, including referral programs, social media, search engines, and

other online sites, as well as offline initiatives

Represent the company in all kinds of external and internal recruitment/sourcing events

Collaborate with other team members within and outside the Sourcing group as needed

Assist the Sourcing Supervisor and/or the TA Manager in certain functions, whenever necessary

Participate in special projects, as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education,

or the equivalent

At least 3 years of previous work experience in BPO Sourcing and Recruiting is required

Background in recruitment marketing, Google SEO/SEM/PPC, and social media is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate to advance skills in MS Office and Google applications, especially Excel and

Analytics

Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics

Proactive and works with minimal supervision

Willing to work on shifting schedule

Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
