Job Description:
•Conducts regular teacher evaluations
•Handles complaints and bad evaluations of teachers
•Provides coaching to teachers to help them improve their skills
•Writes daily, weekly & monthly reports
•Prepares/gives presentations to the Management team, when needed
•Assists/Contributes to the special projects/tasks of the team
Qualifications:
•Excellent English grammar, syntax, spelling and punctuation
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Science, Literature, Language, English, Communication, Education or any related course
•Previous experience in teaching English (ESL, EFL or ESP) is required
TESOL or CELTA certification is an advantage
•Previous experience in supervising in any industry
•Ability to work quickly but accurately
•Computer-proficient, ability to multi-task
•Independent, passionate and open to learning
•Can work on shifting schedules (between 9:00AM to 11:30PM, on weekends and holidays)
•Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
