Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer
Ensures customers receive efficient and courteous service
Provide consistent superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources
Requirements:
At least eighteen (18) years of age
Completed at least two (2) years in college, without any back subjects
Has very good customer service orientation
With good to excellent English communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Offices and internet browsing
Flexible to work in a variety of shifts, weekends or holidays
Amenable to be assigned in Shaw, Libis or Alabang
We accept WALK IN applicants
