This Japanese BPO company is known to provide customer service to almost 45 companies in the world. They have been providing high quality BPO on a global scale. The services they offer are - contact center, back-office services for HR/Finance/Sales departments, order management and supply chain management, and system development and operation
Requirements:
•Proven experience as an Operation Manager (at least 3 years)
•Must have experience working in BPO Operations Setting
•Able to handle foreign clients
•Can manage 30 FTE (team leaders, supervisors and agents)
Responsibilities:
•Manage the staff and the operations
•Develop individual and team goals and implement a plan
•Guide team leaders in meeting the goals
•Assist operations director in crafting operations procedures
•Managing and improving call center operations by monitoring system performance
•Identifying and resolving problems that might affect operations
•Plans and develop activity strategies to meet financial objectives.
