Position: Operations Manager
Salary: P 80, 000 – P 100,000

Requirements:
3-5 year working experience as an Operations Manager
Has exposure working BPO Operations Setting
Exposure in working with foreign clients
Handle 30 FTE (team leaders, supervisors and agents)
Manager specializing in BPO operations and management (preferably)

Duties:
Managing day-to-day activities
Managing quality assurance programs
Reading and writing reports
Liaising with other team members
Setting budgets
Reviewing at setting managing cost
Researching new technologies
Searching for alternative efficient methods
Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and layout of facility
Planning and controlling change
