A Japanese owned company that provide business outsourcing services. This company has thousands of clients worldwide.
Salary: P 80,000 – P100,000
Benefits: Insurance, Health Card, Accommodation and allowances

Location: Pasig
Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Requirements:
-3 – 5 years’ experience as an Operations Manager
-Experience in BPO setting is an advantage
-Willing to work in Japanese company
-Male and Female
-Willing to start working ASAP
-Can handle 30 FTE’s including Supervisors and Team Leaders
Duties:
-Can handle and monitor everyday operation standard
-Manage and Coach Team Leaders
- Attend meetings and submit weekly reports
-Accomplish team goals and implement team plan
-Motivate staff and Team Leaders to add value to job accomplishments
-Evaluate and Implement upgrade to the operation
