-At least 1 year experience in a customer support or helpdesk environment
-Strong understanding of desktop computer, LAN/WAN, and server-side technologies
-Understanding of network topologies and how network communicate
-Cisco Certified Network Associate is a plus
-Cisco Routers/Firewalls/Switch experience
-Intelligent and methodical troubleshooting skills
-Customer-friendly attitude
-Team player
-Detail-oriented
-Ability to quickly learn complex systems and workflows
-Willing to work on shift-rotation
-Graduate of BS COE or ECE
-Knowledgeable in local area and wide area network
-With good written and oral communications skills
