Duties and Responsibilities:
•Handle ongoing calls from customers and listen to their inquiries.
•Provide assistance to travelers in booking planes and offer recommendations regarding packages and other services.
•Delight customers by ensuring quality customer experience over the phone.
•Manage and keep posted all customers' records.
•Follow standard processes of the company and meet with the objectives and targets.
Salary and Benefits:
• 13,000 to 15,000 basic salary
• Monthly allowances (Clothing, Rice and Transportation)
• Night Differential
• Performance & Attendance Incentives
Minimum Qualifications:
• At least a High School graduate
• Experience is preferred however not required.
• Average to excellent English communication skills
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Flexible in shifting and night schedules
• Available to start ASAP
