Finance Assistant - Pasig

Job Description
The Finance Assistant will be performing an essential role in executing appropriate accounting and finance processes and policies. He/She will be primarily responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with regard to the day-to-day operations of the department. He/she will be carrying out finance responsibilities such as:

• Disbursement of cash and cash advances
• Liquidation reports and cash remittances
• Maintains/monitors cash balances
• Releases payment to various operations service providers
• Prepares reports and database as needed
Minimum Qualifications
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking/Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Excel
• Keen to details.
• Less than 1-year experience in equivalent job role is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Can start ASAP
