American marketing and advertising company is looking for Sales and Customer Service Representatives for their new office in the Philippines.
Job Scope: To provide customer service in accordance with company's policies and procedures and thus achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Receive calls from old and new customers, and providing them with product and service information.
Providing customer service via email / chat and other online methods
Obtain orders, creating invoices and receiving payments
Managing clients and upselling
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, special requests, orders and sample purchases.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in written and spoken English, with perfect English accent.
College education (in any field).
Ability to work during night (US eastern time – 9pm – 6am).
At least 1- 2 years experience in sales / customer service (incoming) with US customers (preference B2B clients)
Age: 22-30
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary + high commissions for reaching sales limits
